Effective Date: 31st January 2024

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Cheers service (“Service”) provided by Cheers!, a product of Irll Dating Private Limited (“Provider”), to subscribers of the Cheers plan (“Subscriber”). By subscribing to the Cheers plan and utilizing the Service, the Subscriber agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Cheers Plan Subscription:

1.1 To access the Cheers Service, individuals must subscribe to the Cheers plan offered by Cheers!

1.2 Subscribers must be of legal drinking age in their respective jurisdiction.

1.3 The Cheers plan provides Subscribers with the benefit of receiving up to four (4) complimentary drinks per visit, subject to the remaining funds available in the Provider’s bar tab.

2. Provider’s Bar Tab and Drink Redemption:

2.1 Cheers! maintains a bar tab for each Subscriber, covering the cost of complimentary drinks.

2.2 The number of complimentary drinks available to the Subscriber is contingent upon the remaining balance in Cheers!’s bar tab.

2.3 Complimentary drinks are limited to a maximum of four (4) per visit, irrespective of the total remaining bar tab balance.

2.4 The Provider reserves the right to modify or terminate the Cheers plan, including

the number of complimentary drinks offered, at its discretion.

3. Eligibility and Access:

3.1 Only Cheers plan Subscribers are eligible to access the complimentary drink benefits.

3.2 Subscribers must present valid identification and proof of Cheers plan subscription to access the complimentary drinks.

4. Responsibility and Accountability:

4.1 Cheers! is responsible for managing the bar tab, monitoring the remaining balance, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

4.2 Cheers! is not liable for any unauthorized use or access to the Cheers Service.

5. Termination of Subscription:

5.1 Cheers! reserves the right to terminate a Subscriber’s Cheers plan subscription at any time, with or without cause.

5.2 Upon termination, the Subscriber forfeits any remaining balance in the Cheers! bar tab and loses access to the complimentary drink benefits.

6. Miscellaneous:

6.1 These Terms may be updated or amended by Cheers! at any time, and the Subscriber will be notified accordingly.

6.2 Cheers! reserves the right to refuse service or access to the Cheers plan for any reason.

By subscribing to the Cheers plan, the Subscriber acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
