Cheers! Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the criteria and procedures for refunds related to the Cheers service (“Service”) provided by Cheers!, a product of Irll Dating Private Limited (“Provider”). Subscribers of the Cheers plan (“Subscriber”) are subject to the following refund criteria:
1. Refund Eligibility:
1.1 Refunds are only applicable if the Subscriber has not redeemed any drinks from the Cheers! bar tab.
1.2 Refunds will not be issued if the Subscriber has claimed any drinks from the Cheers! bar tab.
2. Refund Process:
2.1 To initiate a refund, Subscribers must contact Cheers! customer support within 7 days from the date of subscribing to the Cheers plan.
2.2 Refund requests should be submitted to info@trycheers.in, providing relevant details such as the Cheers plan subscription ID and a clear explanation of the refund request.
3. Refund Criteria:
3.1 Unused Bar Tab: Refunds will only be processed if the Subscriber has not redeemed any drinks from the Cheers! bar tab.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances:
4.1 Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
a. If the Subscriber has redeemed any drinks from the Cheers! bar tab.
b. If the refund request is not submitted within the specified 7-day timeframe.
5. Refund Processing Time:
5.1 The processing time for refunds may vary based on the nature of the refund request and the payment method used. Typically, refunds will be processed within 48 hrs.

By subscribing to the Cheers plan, the Subscriber acknowledges and agrees to adhere to this Refund Policy.
